Within a joint conclusion amongst the management in the Stadium, the Ministry of Overall health and RPMTV, we have chose to terminate the live performance Brilliant FEST 80's that was scheduled for September 8, 2012. This choice was created mainly because we couldn't ensure the security of the public and of the Intercontinental artists showing for the display.}
